Peter Kreeft spoke at GFU yesterday and today. I hadn't heard of him before, but apparently he's a highly regarded writer and thinker. I meant to go to his talk today, which was titled "Tolkien and the Incorporation of a Christian Worldview in ‘The Lord of the Rings" but I got stuck in a meeting. I'll be ordering the CD of the talk though. The link above takes you to some of his talks that he offers for free on his website. Worth browsing. Also, he read some passages today from a book called "Philosophy of Tolkien" which will be released in a couple of months.
