Well pretty much done. We did the floor and he’ll be sleeping there tonight. Still gotta trim a bit off the bottom of the doors, but overall it’s looking pretty good.

The other day Jared left some chocolate mints in our car. I gave one to Tru and he was digging it. I asked him what it tasted like and he paused for a moment then said, “Cement.” Of course he meant “mint”, but “ce-mint” was what came out. Pretty funny at the time…

My new name

My new name is “HeyDad.” Doesn’t matter how close Truman is to me, or whether we’ve just finished talking about something. When he wants my attention it’s “HeyDad…” It’s starting to get comical. I usually reply with “Hey Truman” but he’s not really picking it up yet. Amy just laughs.
