A little cramp
This morning’s run felt pretty good, most of the way. About 3/4 of the way through I started getting a side cramp. I ran through it, though, and it went away around the last 1/8 mile.
It was good to do a little bit longer run. I’d like to do more, but I think I’ll need to map out some other loops. This one goes down 5th Street to River. From River up to Villa and goes all the way to the Lutheran church before turning left for a short bit and then left again on Meridian. Then down Meridian to 5th again.
