Three mile

Today I did the 1½ mile loop two times. That’s tough for me because I find it really, really difficult to run past my own house. I think it has something to do with stopping the pain. :-)

Looks like my weight is up a little bit this morning. Probably that big dinner I at last night–at least it felt like it during the run.
