Two laps
Did two laps on the 1½ mile loop again. I’m pretty stoked that I’m learning how to run right past my house, even though I really want to stop. Small things make me happy, I guess. I got a bit of a cramp down the last stretch, but ran through it.
I’ve been keeping time on my watch, but not here. I’m noticing that if I want to get at least 30 minutes of running in, I’m going to have to either slow down or go farther. Today’s run lasted 25 minutes.
