Short one

Just did one lap on the 1½ mile loop this morning. Woke up early enough to run farther, but kinda got sucked into a book in the comfy chair. I ran the loop kinda fast (for me) and did it in just over 12 minutes. That’s an 8 minute mile–wish I could sustain that pace for longer distances.
