Longer and shorter
Raining this morning. I don’t think Frodo likes running in the rain. Last two times he’s just kinda given up on me. This morning I intended to run three laps on the 1½ mile loop, but I cut the first lap short, just to get Frodo home. I felt like I was dragging him along behind me, so I just dropped him off. As it was, it only cost me ½ mile, so that’s not too bad. Four miles at 9.04″/mile. I feel pretty good about that.
