A little longer
I connected the first section of the 1½ mile loop with the 3.2 mile loop and ended up with a 3.7 mile run. Next time I think I’ll link another section which’ll add .7 mile on for a total of 4.4 miles. That’ll be the longest I’ll have run.
Today’s run went at a relatively slow pace–especially at the end. I ran 9.45″ miles. It’s a slightly hilly run though, so I’m feeling okay about it. Also, I didn’t take Frodo along. I knew I was going for a longer run and he’d just slow it down even more. We ended up taking a walk afterward, and then a little car ride as I checked the mileage on the new route.
Not sure why the bump in bodyfat today. Maybe that huge bowl of ice cream last night? Maybe the luau dinner we went to for Finnigan’s first birthday? I did go to be thirsty, so maybe that’s it…I usually drink a big glass or two of water before bed and I didn’t last night.
