On schedule
Well, it feels like I’m finally getting back on a regular running schedule. While I’m home I’m running a little later in the morning than I’m used to–around 8am rather than 5am. I’m pretty hungry by then, but wait to eat until after running. I think it’s affecting my stamina, though. It’ll be nice to get back to running early.
Ran the Dayton Avenue route today: 3.4 miles. Also, I weighed in at under 230 which is pretty nice.
