First day

Ran the quick loop this morning. 1.5 miles never felt so long. I’m going to work on intensity while running, so I tried to keep my pace as quick as I could. Last I remembered, my pace on longer runs was a miserable 9, so that’s what I was aiming to fall below. Today came in at 8.5. And it hurt, which is a testament to my current state of un-fitness. The last few blocks felt like I was running in slow motion, but I couldn’t make my legs move any quicker!
