Still

I’ve been still, as in ‘not running.’ I’ve been active though–hiked a mountain, did a 5k, did an adventure race. And I walk stairs instead of elevators when I get the chance. I’ve got a 5k coming up this Monday. I’m in L.A. (at a conference) and the weather’s been nice. The 5k will be […]
